My four razors, well two razors and butter knives at the moment

Hi Everyone, here are my razors - so far. I know they aren't the greatest or most interesting, but their mine.Two of them shave really nicely, one will once honed and the other might work out one day.
left top - Genco Head Barber. honed and in use
left bottom - John Watts Service Razor. honed and in use.
right bottom - William Webster The old english razor. needs an edge.
right top - Fram 'ground in Germany' for a local Swansea barber.needs further cleaning and an edge.
Sorry for the poor quality of the photograph, I only have my camera-phone at the moment.

Good looking razors! You're off to a great start with the RAD! I really like the looks of the blade on the Webster.....might have to look for one for myself! :tu

I can't afford RAD !!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife will take up honing to, if I buy too many razors:eek:
I can afford to watch evil-bay though.! razors are so reasonable on there, just a case of getting a honmiester to sort 'em out for me.
We are also lucky to have theinvisibleedge.com in the UK too, he's a member here too.
I wouldn't be allowed (by the wife) to buy a new razor and the bits, then send it off to be made shave ready. Too many mouths to feed I'm affraid, and a taxman to keep in Jaguars.
If I see one simular blade, would you like me to PM you?

Hi Mr Wright, The Genco is really good. It's quite light, very small (even though when you see the razors side by side, it doesn't look that small) and sharp. The point would be useful for sculpting around a beard or tash too. I actualy bought it from Steve (theinvisibleedge.com) after hearing a few senior forum members saying they really rated American steel (Lynn too IIRC) I'm glad I got it.

I have a name for the Genco too! He is Mac(the knife), as he's a New Yorker.
