Just proud to share this...
Yesterday my son came home and gave me my birthday present one month late...but it was worth waiting.
He got these razors for an old barber that moved from Europe et Canada. His only possession when he came here was his Gnome razor. Now retired he gladly gave some razors away...:y
First is an almost new DublDuck PearlDuck GoldEdge 5/8. It's in perfect shape, almost no sign of honing, scales in excellent clean condition, just a bit of tarmish on the blade (I think I should leave it as is??), still gold on both side of the tang and full gold on top and buttom of tang and monkey tail. I never tought of owning a DublDuck ever.

Second is a Jörcie Soligen #4 made in Germany in 6/8. It's in new condition. I don't know of this brand.

Third is a Thiers Issard "Medaille Argent" Special Gnôme Extra #542 in 4/8. This one is used with crack scale but all in all in good shape. The blade shows a small froom but it's heavy for it's size. It's a wedge and is marked "pour barbes dures" (for hard beard).

Forth and last is a Boker King Cutter almost 6/8. It's looks new but in very poor condition. I say new because of the gold wash is all there and very thick with no sign of honing on the spine... but everything that is above the scale when close is heavily rusted. The lower part, below the scale is pitted (the blade and edge). The scales are in excellent shape. This one I don't know what to do with. It comes in it's original box that is in very very fine condition and display the model number 9246SP.

All comments and suggestions are welcome.
If anyone want to offer free restoration for the Boker it would be greatly appreciated.
