Help with info please

I bought this lovely little frame back off Suzuki last year I have been trying to find information on it since with no luck it has the name
Le Talisman on the blade (slight Damascus weld pattern on blade doesn’t show well in picture)
Sarry Thiers on the tang
Venissieux (Rhone) on one side of the scales
Souvenir Du Fer A Cheval EENBERG on the other side
I believe Sarry Thiers was bought over by Sabatier I have contacted them but they could not help anyone know anything about the razor or company
