I use this Memorael.

Under $7 dollars for a large aerosol can.
I'd go with the above, or a similar product "Clippercide." Alcohol is a very weak disinfectant, more of a bacteriostatic than a "cide" (slows the bugs down rather than kills them) and will not address serious bloodborne pathogens such as Hepatitis and HIV which could be a concern on a used "vintage" blade.
Dilute 10% bleach would be best, but I've had bad luck mixing bleach and straight razors in the past. But YMMV.

So do you just spray this baby and wipe or do you leave it on?
Per the directions, you leave it on. It contains an anti-corrosion/rust ingredient. Plus, the dry time allows full disinfection of buggies.

Where do you get it?
In my area, Sally's Beauty Supply. I'd guess any beauty or barber supply would have it. Or, pet grooming supply like Petsmart Petco.

In a previous post, if I remember right, the HIV virus can only live approx. eight (8) minutes in an aerobic environment. For some reason when I read this it stuck in my mind. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong.
