Was it the same brand razor? Hopefully the steel is good, If not Ill be trying to find someone who can make a blade for this, or I'll chop up an old handsaw and try that :D

All I found is that it could be from France of course, (for the exact location, you may give me some precision about the markings, I just can't read it from the pictures) made by Maurice Georget and if so, you should find an archer or an angel on the shank... no datation sorry..

It is a shame about that one blade being so badly nicked. There is a slight possibility of making it shave, however, because the blade is uniform thickness. You could just file the edge down and then re-establish a bevel.
The shape will be the difficult part because it needs to mate with the frameback, but I think it is possible, and worth a try. I could be wrong though.
I have a Jaques Le Coultre frameback with removable blades, and both blades are good. It is a WONDERFUL razor that shaves extremely smoothly, though that smiley edge takes a little getting used to.
I bet you can make this razor work.
