Looking for a new razor, help!

Hi everyone,

So as of now I only have one razor, a basic Dovo "best quality" bottom of the line razor. I'm moderately pleased with it, but since I honed it myself, I feel that I'm missing out of a truly fine-honed razor. I was wondering if I could get a decent shave-ready razor from somebody here... I'm still new at this, and not sure how the classifieds go and such. Do you use PayPal on SRP to make any purchases? Anyways, if anyone has a decently priced razor (I'd say $50) that is already honed and shave-ready, could you help me out? Thank you!

Well, there are still some up for grabs in the Classifieds (at the time of writing, 5 on this page alone). The Classifieds use paypal. I have bought about 10 razors from there, and they were all exactly as advertised, or better.

Dave, it's easier than using ebay. Yes, they do use paypal (at least all of the items I have purchased from the Classifieds use paypal). Just press the "BUY" button and it will take you to a paypal link. I have purchased 2 razors (shave ready) from the classifieds, as well as a few other items.

Yes, the Classifieds is easy. If there is a buy-it button clicking on it will redirect you to Paypal where you pay and then the seller will ship it to you. If there isn't a button, but the item is not marked as sold you can just send a PM to the seller and arrange payment. Many sellers would take any form of payment that is convenient for both, not just paypal.

You can always post a WantToBuy post in the Classifieds as well.

Thanks for all the help guys! I've actually been checking out the classifieds as you've suggested. It's like I'm a kid in the candy store again! Except that all the nice candies are too expensive for me....
