Would this be a TI?

What do you think of this one:

Would this be a TI? Etching on blade is very similar to the evide sonnant extra at classis shaving:

Looks very similar. Anything stamped on the other side?

Although the scales resemble TI's black celluloid stock scales, the razor doesn't seem to be a TI, doesn't have any symbol or writing regarding TI - either the crown, manufacturer, but I might be wrong.

Hi Kees, I'm sure Steve (Blueprinciple) has sold some vintage razor with similar tang marks.
IIRC they were French, but I'm sure he mentioned Paris retailers or something.
