Someone is selling these for 24.70 euros on French eBay: Ancien Rasoir Coupe-choux Barbier A G Garanti " URUS " Supposedly, they are made in Germany ... .
I've never seen or heard of them before. They look new. NOS? Junk? I certainly don't believe they are "ancien"!
They look NOS but other than that I can't help you. I don't think they are junk. For the price it doesn't look bad.
I'd echo exactly what thebigspendur said. Am very tempted to give one of them a whirl myself. In that context I'd read 'ancien' as 'old-style'.
I have seen the A.G. Garanti name on older razors before, but those don't look the same at all.. not even close, that is only about $35 so it's your dice roll...

The brand name, and all other information, looks as it is printed on the steel, instead of stamped in and/or etched, as all serious manufacturers always did.
I'm not saying this is a bad razor. I'm only having my doubts about the NOS, et je ne crois pas "qu'il est forgé et fabriqué en Allemagne." Maybe rebranded in Germany, and packaged there. But I doubt it's made there.

I'm with Bart on this one. The blade strikes me as a new double arrow, the good one at least. It should be decent shaver but the shipping will drive it up. There are better deals on this side of the pond.
