    Default Union Spike in 11/16

This is the widest union spike I have to date. Has anyone seen anything any wider than this. If so post pics. I have four of these in my rotation now and several in the to be worked box. If you have never had one of these simple economical razors get one. They hone easy hold an edge well and have a lot of history in the ka-bar knife works.

I just recently purchased an 11/16ths Spike. I've not seen many this size. Seems most of these razors are 4/8ths or 9/16ths. I've seen a few 5/8ths. I've held off trying one until I could score a larger blade.
Perhaps there is a 'Spike Expert' in the house?

I got onto the spikes because of the green one in the picture. It was my grandads. He was a barber and used it in his shop. It was the first razor that I successfully honed to shave sharp. After that I have kept an eye out for them. I love the grind and the simplicity of the razors.
