Are you talking about the ones at rasagepoulin.com?
Email Scott and ask him what's the TI model for his razors.
They are marked with 'carbonsong 135' which is the new TI steel, the same as the silverwing, although not hardened as hard I suppose.
Yeah, Thiers-Issard changed their steel process somewhat about a year ago so ALL the new TI's are new.

I've honed and shaved with several of TI's new steel and it's a love or hate thing.
Some love the feel of it and some don't really care.
I did notice that altough the TI silverwing also uses the new steel it shaves the best and there is a difference compared to his siblings. Could well be the silverwing is treated a bit better compared to all the others new steel ones.
I do like my honed by Lynn Silverwing quite a bit. It is the only 'new' TI I have tried so far. I have a few of the old silver steel Ti blades and I like all of them a lot. I think they would have done better to continue to issue some of their razors in the old steel and give the consumer a choice. It was working but they had to fix it.
