Thanks i have seem SRD and seen the Mastro Livi razors and they r beautiful
But i find Robert Williams more my style n i got in contact with him and we r talking pricing now
i mean i dont need the scales or the handle. all i need is the blade
I have a lot of exotic wood and want to make it one my own. i know it will come out real nice
Now that sounds like a plan and a good one at that:-) You have to send us pictures when it's done you know!
you know very well i will be posting picture when im done
Hey if you like what i make.... il be more then happy making n selling them so i can make money for school
Ok well if it looks as good as it sounds you just might make some bucks on that:-)
I saw RayG's review of the Robert Williams on SRP and I contacted RW and requested the same razor and got my deposit in. The picture said it all! I am looking forward to that two inch high quality blade!
Good guy to work with so think of what you want if you get in touch with him. My wait is 5-6 months, but I have enough straights to occupy me until then. When the RW shows up, it may push one of my others out of the rotation, but we will see as I love them all.
After this RW razor shows up, I think I will just be interested in restoration projects. Breathing life back into old razors and building wooden scales from exotic wood. When I first started Straight Shaving, I had no idea where this would take me!

Kinda sneaks up on you doesn't it:-) Restoration is fun I can tell you that!
