Going from measurements of one of Bill Ellis's customs:
Blade width 6/8
Blade thickness 5/32
Edge angle 11.88 degrees
I would assume that if sharpened with one peice of tape 0.2mm thick the edge angle will increase by roughly1.2 degrees making it around 13 degrees. I also know that Bill has said he likes to add a stretched second layer of tape to the final rounds of honing which may bump that number up another half of a degree to 13.5 degrees. His razors are supposed to be super super shavers. And I think he is of the opinion (I don't want to put words in his mouth but I have asked him what an acceptable edge angle is) that anywhere in between 10 to 18 is acceptable.
First one is one of the new US Hart's
spine/width/angle

The second one is a vintage Hart from Solingen Germany

The new Hart yes they use one layer of tape...
15.3 degree angle for the new Hart assuming 0.2mm thickness added due to one layer of tape
A vintage Hart? That's news to me...
17.4 degree angle for the vintage Hart assuming 0.2mm thickness added due to one layer of tape, and 16.1 assuming no tape
