Hmmm....
I wonder how the Hart Steel Razor scales would weigh in on this test? :hmmm: If I ever drain my wine glass, I'll have to see. :D
Oh, by the by, 6gun, those are very nice pictures.

This is kinda tuff...
Is it "Shave Ready" ????
Technically yes you can shave with it, there is one problem that won't pass anyone's definitition... Right under the AN in Warranted there is a rough spot.. It looks to me that the razor was raked on the corner of the stone with a little to much angle on an X stroke... The rest of the blade is shave-able but you have to work around that spot...
It did pass the ATG test on the neck first stroke that I use as a true gage. The problem is I have honed to many TI's, I know what the edges are capable of, and this one is not too it's full potential yet... Next question would logically be could I pull the edge into line using just the TI paste and a strop ?????
On this razor NO, without the rough patch I could get it a bit better then it is now.... I still would re-hone it...
Glen,
So how's the shave? Do you still like the razor?
Yea! :D We wants to know!

It's too late to write it out again so see my post at The Other Place (not The Shave Den either)
No problem, I saw it and answered... Thanks for your input BTW
[QUOTE=gssixgun;471332]interesting that TI calls it a "hook nose" instead of a "Spanish Point"...[QUOTE]
Maybe they should call it the "DeGaulle".
BTW Thats going to kick some serious butt when you are done with it!
My version of this razor can be found in this thread
