I'm interested as well.
There is the Henkels Grind Chart (in the Wiki, I believe - or search for it), but that uses Roman numerals to describe the grinds. Personally, I make up what I call 1/4 or 1/2 or 3/4 or even 1/3 or 2/3 hollow based on my own experience after having seen hundreds of razors. I know what a full hollow looks like, and I know what a true wedge looks like. I use fractions to describe where in the continuum a razor lies - a 1/4 hollow would be pretty wedgie, a 1/2 hollow in the middle, and a 3/4 hollow nearly full hollow. Not everyone will use the same fraction to describe a given razor, but when looking at a razor end on, everyone should see the same thing. Pictures speak more loudly than words.
Yes there has been a chart floating around here but its attached to some post. You can pretty much eyeball the full, 1/2,1/4 and wedge but inbetween those unless your really experienced it can be hard. I know the chart is in the wiki.
Here is a link to a pdf in the wiki. It has some drawings of different grinds.
