You may not find a DOVO but there are many other good makes of razor in good condition and for very reasonable prices.
What stubear just said - you might not find a shave ready dovo but there are a lot good vintage razors out there. Just make sure it is shave ready, ok?
BTW, How much you are willing spend on the razor in total? I assume that this is a price issue since you were linked places to buy good dovos...
I saw a 68 EUR Dovo in store yesterday, it looked damn fine as well. I can't imagine Dovo making bad razors, the price seems to go up as you get golden inlays & fancy scales, but the blade itself I think is a safe bet.
Good choice on the Dovo mate, I highly recommend them.
Dovos are good blades if kept sharp. I tried quite a few of their models and none disappointed me. I just wish they had some 7/8 and half or quarter hollow grinds out there. Hothotpot you can't go wrong buying at any of the links above.

I am facing a problem, shops of UK and US do not ready to deliver razor to India, recently i mailed vintageblade. they will not send it to India.
What's the problem with sending a razor to India?
Not sure of the details, but I can't imagine why it would cause problems.
