Brilliant identification... please

This razor is one I shave with routinely. I have not been able to find any information about the blade despite what I thought were adequate searches.

Pritzlaff Hardware is well known. But I can't find any references to any razors labeled "Brilliant". And I can't connect the 850 and Germany on the reverse side. I'm curious about the blade maker really, not the reseller, and what steels are most likely.

Any help is appreciated.

I could be wrong, bit I think it is generally very difficult to determine who made razors for importers and hardware stores. I hope this will not be the case for you.
