One thing to consider, while it might be worth something extra to some people because of the swastika you can never sell it on ebay with that marking.... regardless of when it was made. I bring that up in case you bought it and ever wanted to get your $ out of it.
As far as razors marked Prussia, I believe that Robert Klaas, for one, continued to mark his razors and pocket knives with that logo long after the unification of Germany but I may be wrong. I was wrong a couple of times before. :)
