MINI JA Henkels Twin Works Razor?

Ok I saw this for 5 bucks today and was tempted to get it, It looks to be an ivory handle and looks to be a real miniature razor. Un fortunatly looks like its possibly been ground down. I was wondering if anyone had seen one or knew about one and if it was a good deal or not.

It is called a "Corn Razor" and it was made to cut corns off yer feet :(

As I'm sure many will tell you it's a corn razor. Not for the face, that's the shape they came generally.
