I purchased a collection of 24 straights at a local antique fair yesterday. Among these razors were a C-Mon Blackie, HF and a Goldie.
I can't find any info on the Goldie. Has anyone here seen or heard of the Goldie?

Last I heard you´re supposed to send them to me :)
Sorry, but I can´t help you.
What a collection Harry. Congratulations on a fantastic score. :tu
They all look in very good conditions too
Wow that was a score and a half. I've never heard of the Goldie before.
Huge congrats on the find.
Oooh, beautiful!
Maybe Joed could help on the Goldie. If he doesn't wander by, maybe drop him a pm.
What phenomenal luck! Had to have been from a major collectors estate. Two old barbers have told me that the C-MONS are the best straight razors to shave with. Congratulations.
Wow, great find! Those look great...
I've never heard of the Goldie before, but I'm not a C-Mon collector or anything. I bet that JoeD or Lynn will know something about it if anyone does!
This is not the whole story guys:
I Have Some New Straights (Pic Heavy) - Badger & Blade
:rofl2:
I am no razor historian, but I recall reading a little bit about C-Mon blades. I believe someone asked the Revisor guys who made the C-Mon blades. I believe they said Dovo made these blades. I'll see if I can pull the thread where I believe I read that.
Here is that thread I mentioned above:
