Same seller has sold 1 already and buyer was very pleased in his feedback after paying over $200. 100 % positive feedback. It's easy to be a pessimist, but not everyone words things perfectly when listing. YMMV
I have been told that the one man Henckels has only been used in recent production for Henckels kitchen knives of lower quality made in Spain and China.
The only Henckels International (one man) logo I could find is this.

Which is not the same pictured on the razor.
Here all Henckels, Solingen logos since June, 13 1731.

And there was only one different logo, that was used on weapons.

As far as Henckels chefs knives are concerned, the ones with a single man on them are the lower quality ones made in Spain by Henckels International.

Just a guess; the 'twin-man' logo was only printed on steel from zwillingswerk?
That's quite likely - "zwillings" means both 'twin' and the constellation of gemini (the twins) in German and was the original registered tradename, slightly pre-dating the bestowal of the company logo by the solingen Guild of Cutlers.
If the sellers item is from around the date he states, then it is most likely from a Spanish subsidiary, as trade relations between the EU and China usually came about at least several decades after this date.

Neil
I'd be very leery of this one!
