Razor Id if possible

I got this in a lot of razors at an estate sale, it seems very old and most of the name has worn off. Any help would be appreciate. This might be a good candidate for my first real restore.

Pretty sure I just saw a razor with that bell stamp, but it eludes me right now what and where it was :(

The only letters I can make out are *****ler & C, the bell and the #1
