ID help -- Russian eBay special
I was looking around eBay for something reasonably cheap & beat-up (to practice restoration / honing before I destroy what I'm learning to shave with), and bid on this Russian razor on a whim:
ANTIQUE STRAIGHT RAZOR - eBay (item 160504426734 end time Nov-16-10 13:46:59 PST)

I notice a lot of pitting, even along the edge, and after it ended I noticed the blade didn't sit flat (though it looks like it's on a leather couch, so that could just be the surface it's sitting on). The starting bid was a touch high, but for free shipping from Lithuania it seems OK. However...
Anybody have any idea what this thing is? I can't read Russian, and the inscription on the tang doesn't seem to match any Russian razors mentioned on B&B or SRP. The images all have the word "Britva" in the name, but that just seems to mean "razor" in several Slavonic languages, as far as I can tell.
Thanks in advance!
