So far...in my limited experience...Rodgers blades are the easiest for me to get shave ready.
I'm sure many of you fellas have zero problems no matter the blade.

Another question...
Are Solingen blades harder than Sheffield? I know that particular batches of steel and their processes may change the answer. Anyone have trouble with one type, but not the other?
I know that there are many many variables to many questions...just lookin for experiences.
In 3 words, symetrical & not Sheffield.
In fairness, I've only tried heavy sheffields. They don't like my jnat.
Ease of honing is relative, it can depend on grind, temper, steel skill, stone.
Solingen steel is harder than Sheffield steel as far as I know.

Dubl Duck by a mile as a brand is the most consistent razor on the hones..
Basically unless the razor is somehow damaged, or very badly worn out, it will hone quick and easy...
Sometimes I get to thinking that the reason they are such good shavers is because the are so easy to hone well :D
