Can you identify this maker's stamp?

Just won this razor at auction and for $10 bucks I wanted to gamble. But I can't find the maker to this mark:

yes it was quite ugly. I wanted a pretty trashed razor to restore. A relatively nice one would just be too easy, right? lol. but, from what I could tell,(there were several pics) there were no nicks in the blade. I'm hoping that the tarnish and rust can be removed without taking off too much metal, and it would be a real treat if it doesn't have any pitting. I've never restored a razor before, but I'd like to try my hand at it. I think I can do some really neat things with the scales in wood, because wood is one thing I know. Maybe mail it to a senior moderator for inspection to gain some credibility here :) With this project, though, its going to be 99% wiki, 1% forum, because as much as I enjoy just asking questions and interacting with people, I can see that I'm really irritating some, (still unclear why?) and would rather lay low than get banned and lose access to all this valuable information.

The rust in the middle of the blade as shown in picture 8 is what I think will make or break your project. If you can get that cleaned up and a good bevel the rest should clean up nicely.

yes I saw those restore pics on another thread, very nice. I wonder, can the pitting that's still visible be polished out without destroying the razor?

Yep and some shave very well.
It looks like it might have some problems but
if you can work through them you could
have a fine shaver.

Clean the worst with a very fine 3M wet dry
paper for sanitary reasons then hone it up.
By honing it you will learn if the edge is sound
and then what you want to do next.

Have fun... I have given up tobacco so these
are now my favorite pipes.
