Default Joseph Elliot's Best Concave Razor

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me to identify when this razor was made and also what type of material are the scales made from.

    Thanks in advance.

From the "Look" of the razor it is 1910 and newer, but that is just a guess..

The scales a a bit harder to tell but my experience tells me they are probably pressed horn and when clean and polish they will look like it again...
Horn can degrade quite a bit over the years.. Again this is from a pic I could tell you instantly if they were in my hands
