Yesterday i bought a dubl duck satinedge for 15 bucks. No chips in the blade and looked like mostly patina on the blade so i thought it would be a perfect razor for my first restoration project. Let me know what you thinAttachment 68892kAttachment 68891.Attachment 68890
Good find for the price. Pics are a bit blurry but most of the Satinedge blades in the clear scales w/ inlays have bad cell rot. This one may have been rescaled but it is hard to tell from the pics. Regardless of that, the blade will shave just as well as one in any other scales. Congrats! :tu
Those scales almost have the look of dd special scales? It's hard to tell with the pics, though. You should post some clearer picture's for us!
