If one of the pins of a vintage razor have been replaced and replaced correctly, how much does it effect its collectability/value?

It depends on who is collecting, who is setting the value and what the item is. If you are looking to purchase the item for your own collection then only you can answer these questions.
For me, the value is in the use of the razor. The fact that the pins don"t match would not bother me at all. On the other hand, I don"t collect razors based on value or resale. Best, wildhog
That would really hurt the value for a "collector". As a user, I would hope that you at least replace both pins so they match.
If someone is a pure collector anything that is not original will detract from the desirability. The larger the departure the less desirable the item becomes.
