Impossible to tell anything from your photos. We need closer detail and better focus of anything marked on your blade. If that's not possible, just write anything that is stamped on the tang. Many of these old razors end up in boxes that are not original, so it is the information on the razor itself that will help to identify it.

just says "hamburg concave" on the tang. Plastic handle. I am working on putting a mirror finish on it after I get all the rust off.
There were many, now unknown, razor makers who produced inexpensive razors in the last century. I believe yours probably came from one of these makers. The celluloid scales with the nickel steel bolsters were found on many different razors of that period. But, because it was anonymous and inexpensive doesn't mean that it was not a good shaving razor. Have a good time cleaning it up, get it sharpened by a reputable honemeister, and it will probably give you many years of good service. Welcome to SRP .

+1 to Walt there. Pretty common scales, and nothing particularly identifiable in your description. If you happen across any other markings as you clean her up, post them, and someone might be able to tell you more. Odds are good you've got yourself a good vintage shaver.
