Info on this razor
i got this razor on ebay for like 10 dollars, i am not sure if that was the best thing to do cuz i could not find a lot of info on it. Its a Western Bro- De fi and its got the number 32 on it, i was wondering what the 32 meant and what de fi is, also i want to know what the scales are made of, i have seen these scales before and they look like wood, but feel like plastic. its 3/8 full hollow its in feed of restoring and i plan to do that some time soon

If you can post better pics , it will help a lot . Looks like your basic , early 20th century straight razor .

yeah sorry my camera sucks
-
I think if you clean it up , and hone it , it should be a fine razor . From what I can see , it will take some work , but I think that razor still has some life in it .

I can see a lot of black spots and that could mean trouble for the edge.

i have cleaned razors with worst rust damage, but the only difference is this is a full hollow blade, there for i need to be more careful
