can anyone identify this?

I got this razor a while back on ebay as part of a lot but all of the markings are in chinese :p. Has anyone seen this before?Attachment 80097

It says "Registered trade mark" then "Century".

I think it's Japanese, by the way, but I could be wrong. Depends on how old it is.
