Yes. This has been the subject of several threads on this forum in the past. The epitome of excessive consumption.

I have one. Cant tell you how many times i needed it when vacationing in an active Volcano! LOL!
Yea, I bought two... Didn't shave worth a crap...I threw them on Craigs list..
I keep one in the center console of my Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 just in case I need a touch up shave away from the beach house...
Yea, I bought the darn thing because I thought they said it came from outer space and I remembered it was the stuff that took away Superman's powers and then I found out it was the wrong element. Now I'm out next months payment for my private jet.
Behold, the razor of choice for the 1%......
You guys aren't taking into consideration the free honing for life. :p
I need a 7-day's-set!
Funny posts, friends...I love it.
Perhaps they should have put more pix? Sometime pix from another angle... helps. It looks really ugly from that back side pix. But 100K for a razor is bit steep. Even the 40K old dovo mammoth tusk does not cost that much. And thats history.
I am going to be contrarian and say that I actually think they are cool.
If I was bill gates rich, and still using a cartridge style razor, I would buy one.
Not because I think they are better, but because I like rare metals.
Well I wouldn't want one even if I was 'Bill Gates rich' ..... but ..... wouldn't it be cool if they had made a straight razor out of that material ? Thank God they didn't ! I'd be lusting for it day and night . :rofl2:
That would be one heavy razor :)
So I'm just curious why sapphire and not diamond. That is if that were possible, I mean if you're going to do it go all the way! When I win the lottery I tell you guys what, I'll buy one then send it throughout the SRP community to share and we can all review it.
On a side note if it's weight is anything like titanium a straight would be pretty cool. Probably even lighter so than what we are accustom to.
