Truth is though, you don't see scales like this everyday. That's probably a good thing.
Looks like necessity was the mother of invention.
I kind of like the scales. I am a big fan of hobo and tramp art. Those scales have me thinking, maybe I need to butcher an old cigar box to make some similar scales.

I got to see this razor up close and personal. The person that created these scales was very creative. They are functional and light. They are a little on the sharp side though. ;)
