I recently bought a R.W. straight and wanted to share some photos.
It shaves really nice. The thumb notch with the file work gives it a lot of control and is easy to maneuver for being a 7/8" razor. It came shave ready, not sure what Robert finishes on. I am very happy with my choice.

Sweet... Beside the elegance of the whole package I really am a fan of the longer tail & the hammer work on the spine. It's as beautiful as any file work!
I enjoy the one I have. the hammer look on the spine is a nice touch.
