Also maybe regrind isn't the correct term...but the "hump" in the toe makes me wonder if the blade was reground to be a round point.
You think it, because the razor point shaping not so perfect?

I looks and seems to fit the scales correctly. However I have an identical razor in a smaller width that doesn't seem to have the "hump" which is why I am wondering if it was modified into a round nose. I love the blade so it wouldn't really matter either way but after getting the second one this popped out at me

Based on the latest pics my guess would be no, it is not a regrind.
I agree with Joed, I think it's not regrind. But maybe it was an spike/ or other point razor, and for some reason it became a round point...
does not look like regrind, but it is possible during restoration, they overground that spot on the round point.
I've seen this on a few round points before. Usually due to honing newbs not knowing where the edge actually ends on the round point. :)
