Seeking info on Marx Y Cia Rapide No.14 razor

This razor is a bit unusual.
I found this in a market in Barcelona Spain.
As yet I haven´t detailed the razor. I first want to find out more about its origin.

Scales are blond horn complete with vintage engraved pattern and brass flower collars and pins.
Blade is a heafty 15/16 full hollow ground.
Show tang is stamped "14 Rapide"
Reverse tang is stamped "Fabricacion Especial"
The case says "MARX Y CIA. Solingen Barcelona" and "Rapide 14 Especial"
So now we know that this razor is "Especial" but where was it made?
I cannot find any information on this company.

If the razor was made in Solingen and sold in Barcelona then the scales are probably not original to this razor.
These are mainly found on some vintage Sheffield razors to my knowledge.

This style of blade is most likely Spanish or German in origin I think.
Any help with dates etc will be greatly appreciated.
