From my perspective unless the razor is a really rare model or belonged to someone of serious historical importance or has some serious provenance tied to it I would just use it.

The culprits of my dilemma. Stoneward bound or homeward bound?

Oh man, those are dying to be used! You can just tell!
I believe I was watching the recent auction that your set may be from. If so, I wondered who got it and now I have a chance to say congratulation on a fine looking set. It is a difficult choice to decide if you are a collector for investment purposes or user for the enjoyment factor. Personally, I try to have nothing that I find too precious to use. By use I don't mean abuse and that set if used moderately often and taken care of will last a long time and retain a decent portion of value in the end. The difference in value between unused pristine condition and a well cared for lightly used set I would amortize over the years used and consider it the cost for the privilege of enjoying a fine set of tools. That is just me though. Let me know if you ever want to let them go I can supply a good home.

They have been in a coffin for a long time.
If they were mine I would bring them to life and let them shine on and do what they were meant to do.
Use it or lose it I say. Enjoy them now, as all things deteriorate with the passing of time. Using them may speed that process slightly, but at least they are being useful as well as beautiful.

I feel you should have the same person hone them all and use them. How often do we see sets in which a few blades were used. It takes away from the set if they are not all uniform. I say this is a black handled Henckels set which is not a holy grail collectible, but a fine set to use! WHO better than YOU!
Henckels are GREAT! Enjoy them all! ;)
Very nice set... I'd say use them. Ive thought about it... and i decided that anything I kept pristine and unused so it still looked beautiful, was only going to be used by someone in the future anyhow. Why keep it nice for someone else to enjoy later? Enjoy them now!
If you don't use it you will be hunted with RAD, for the rest of your natural life. I say use them, enjoy them now, because in heaven I doubt you will get to use them. Besides, you will cure RAD for ever, knowing you can't buy a better 7 day set, like the one you bought!

If you use them properly they should look exactly the same the day you die.
