Looks like a Joseph Smith & Sons Celebrated Razor - these had "3415" stamped on the tang.

Joseph Smith, born 1785 in Bradfield, Yorkshire was apprenticed to father Isaac Smith in Stannington. He was granted his Freedom by the Cutlers Guild in 1810 and the first reference to him trading on his own appeared in the Sheffield Directory of 1833, at which time his premises were in Radford Street. By the 1851 census, Joseph lived with his son John (also listed as razor manufacturer, age 24), John's wife Sarah (33), daughters, other son Caster (a warehouseman), grand-daughters and grandson, John B. Smith, listed as a razor-smith. By 1852 the business had relocated to Solly Street. The mark on your razor was acquired by Joseph Allen & Sons around 1887.

I got no more info than what's already said, but if you can get it cheap, buy it! It will without doubt be a very nice shaver :)

I once copied. you see Joseph Smith? Perhaps you are right. had I ever eines.Aber that's better. It costs 30 €. In Germany, it costs 140 €.
