Are Peppercorn Bros. razors any good?

Just a quick one.

Being new to the SR world and already having what my wife calls a bit of a fetish for razors, I'm eying a razor on fleabay.

It's a peppercorn bros. and I was just hoping to find out if they're any good.

Looks pretty nice, but never heard of Peppercorn Bros..

I'd buy it just because its called peppercorn...but that's just me. :)

Haven't heard of them, that doesn't mean it's not a great shaver.
