Help with two Razors

I have just acquired two straight razors can anybody give me any info on them please the first one Ivory type scale I am not sure if they are Ivory or not ( how do you tell ). One one side of the Tang[ is engraved the words "ANTONY D. JACCOBY" ATLANTIC CITY N.J and on the other side are the words "NEPTUNE" SOLINGEN GERMANY The Razor is 6/8th and in very good shape The scales are also in good nick The other razor is a 5/8th razor also in very good condition on the side of the tang is engraved a little matchstick man holding a fish aloft in one hand and by the side that are the words "Stesons`s followed by the word "Little most of the rest is worn away but I think it says Solider then says Made in Germany below are a couple of Photos
