This pair of Kamisoris came in a boxed set, anyone seen this Japanese symbol?
I don't know that one. It looks like a simple 5 stroke kanji, but it's not in the standard list.

My wife suggests it's maybe yamadai, which might be a family name. She doesn't recognise the kanji so though she's not even remotely sure.
I am sadly not too well versed in kamisori makers, but my initial guess was similar to Bluebriz's wife's. Yama is 山 and is sometimes depicted as a stylized peak or a few peaks in various stamps; and below it is perhaps 大, pronounced dai most of the time in Japanese.
Not terribly useful, I'm afraid.

Thanks for all the replies and help here, I will go on the info provided and do some further research myself.
these look like hair styling razors, not kamisrois for shaving as we know them.
Hone them up and try to see how they work for you.
