I've recently started collecting straight razors. My dad bought this razor for me in my home town. A internet query did not turn up any information on the razor or the company. Can anyone give me any info about the razor, the company, or the value. I'm hoping my dad didn't get ripped off when giving me a gift... Thank you ahead of time.

Hi, welcome to SRP.
From what I can see that razor doesn't look too bad. Appears to have some hone wear but without a pic of the full length of the blade it's gonna be just a guess.
As for value? Forum policy prohibits placing values on razors. Reason being, is the potential for hard feelings as one person my think it's junk and value it accordingly, while the next may think it's a treasure and value it accordingly. Not putting monetary values on razors avoids hard feelings.
As for hoping your dad didn't get ripped off? That is honorable, but apparently dad thought it a good enough buy to go for it. ;)
take some pics of the blade and post them and maybe we can give you a better idea of what you have.
