I don't know the brand, but it has some interesting scales! What are they made of?
The "A" is gone but that's one of those CIA razors issued to field operatives used to dispatch their targets.:w

I once saw a video with a guy showing how to fight with a razor, it was hilarious.
He had a piece of paper hung up he tried to attack, only to cut his fingers... he even cut himself on the paper! :)
Razors were weapons of choice back in the day by youth gangs and even some hoodlums. I can guarantee they didn't cut their fingers with one. it was good weapon because you can really slice someone up and create alot of blood without killing the guy.
