What does this mean
What does NOS mean I've seen it in several posts but I'm a novice here and it's probably a silly question but I don't know what it means.

It means NEW OLD STOCK.
As in, it is a vintage/old razor that has never been used, honed, restored or altered in any way.
If it has, I don't believe it is considered NOS any more.

That's great thanks, well I'm hunting for bargains next month off too a market which has an antiques place so I will see what turns up
