I found this if it helps:
BÖHLER
, with a six-point star (1898, no. 28402): Gebrüder Böhler & Co., Wien u. Berlin. Registry class: 9b. Style: block.
Beyond saying that I've seen other Solingen razors marked Bohler steel I cannot tell you anything. I think that when they marked a razor with the type of steel they did it assuming it was a perk for sales. IOW, the quality was high because of the material.
Can't tell you much about the maker but those are a fine looking pair of razors that look to be of good quality. If "Bohler Extra" refers to Bohler steel being used then it is good steel from a reputable company.

i don't know the razor...but i can say that bohler steel is very good steel....easy to hone and smooth on the skin
Well that's five consecutive posts about the steel - how about the maker, Djorr? :)
Regards,
Neil
Interesting razor for sure, Looks to me to be of fine quality, no comments on steel Mr. Miller might bite my head off. When you search for Djorr all the results are in italian, and interestingly the 2 razors pictured have etching on them and one of them looks like its etched in italian as well "Per Barba?".
One of the old ebay listed a Djorr razor with the box, the box was from Rudolf Schmidt with italian writing on it as well.

Did a search on Rudolf Schmidt and found a few trademark from his company with italian names like Bambola and others.

Could it be that Schmidt made razors for Italian market under a different name like Djorr perhaps?
Rudolf Schmidt company was founded in 1883. They used brand name: "Il Vero Rasojo Antisettico", and commercial marks: Azzaria, Bambola and Selecta.
"Djorr" looks like a monogram or something like this.
Still on a quest for knowledge. Have another picture that may help.
