Dink around with it,you will learn some things in the process,work it on DMt 325,make the edge level.
Tape it and hone it.The beauty of that blade is,you cannot hurt it:) above all,have fun with it.

Seriously though you could probably salvage some sort of a serviceable razor from it. It would need a lot of metal removal and a lot of time, but you might get a shaver of sorts out of it.

I think we need a thread or club for "Most Heavily Used Razor that still shaves"

To me, every razor is an important piece of history. This one included. If anyone has a razor that they think is not worth the effort, send it my way. Unless they are broken or rusted beyond hope, I will restore it as best I can and love doing it. I collect razors because they are precious relics and should not be forgotten.
JimmyHAD has the right advice for restoring it. Give it a go.
