Need some information on "Torpillieur" straight razor

Hello Gentlemen,

I would be so grateful if someone could provide me with some information on the razor called Torpillieur .
Ive bought it quiet recently, looks pretty old. Its french or Belgian possibly? Anyway the shaving quality is amazing, and it holds the edge for a very long time. Ive been trying to find anything throughout internet, but unfortunately nothing.

So anyway, if you know anything please let me know :)
