I bought the Dovo pearlex that you were also considering. It is not only a gorgeous razor but an excellent shaver. I get continuously smooth shaves. I bought mine from classisedge.ca for like 180 and it comes pro-honed and with another honing when you need it again. The only complaint that I would have about the Dovo Pearlex is that the scales only have two pins usually and being as they are made of plastic bend if your grip is kinda tight and seem like they just might break although I seriously doubt they would and if they did it would just give me an excuse to make some abalone scales.

What's not to understand? Folks go into business for many reasons. Of course they all want to make money but some enjoy selling quality products and take pride in helping their customers in many ways and some folks go into business only to make money and when the goldmine is played out move on to better pickins. Of course this is a general comment not specific to any one seller you understand.
