With a few people from different areas, it wouldn't be too much work to maintain such a database.

As I said, just throwing the idea out there. A site like that would only take a couple of hours to build (wouldn't be any where near as complicated or pretty as this site), and can assign permissions...

Just putting this out there, but if people are interested, I am happy to build a basic website that can display all the info from the PDF supplied by nonick. I would also be happy to extent the site...
