Weeel, there are those times you simply firget when yo set up to prep your gear for the shave only to retun to kick yourself in the @$$ when you realze you didnt bloom the puck.
And than there is...

Soak brush, sake out excess and you should be good to go, if not then the next go around also bloom rhe puck.
