---Friday---
Razor--Lakeside Cutlery Army/Navy.
Strops--SRD Premium 1 and Illinois 6454.
Soap--TOBS lime soap.
Brush--Restored EverReady.
Aftershave--Alum block, Dickinson's witch hazel, and a generous splash of Aqua-Velva Ice Blue.
Result--4 pass bbs workday shave. This is the razor I started to shave with almost 48 years ago....my Grandfather's Lakeside Cutlery. Amazing that it survived a clumsy 14 year old and it still shaves a real treat. You gents have a great day. Look sharp and smell nice for the ladies.

Of course Tom gets Friday's Featured SOTD. Not only does he have a color-coordinating green shave brush to go with the CF Lime shaving cream, but the entire shot also compliments the color theme of the SRP website.
Bravo, Tom!
(other fleeting thoughts: I mean, talk about a friggin' Texas-sized show-off) :p

Thanks, Mark! I recently got the CF Lime and am really enjoying it.
The brush is an early restore I did and one of my favorites.
The old razor has been in my display, unused for several years.
I suppose it called to me! :D I recalled that it shaved wonderfully back then.
A good stropping and it shaved as if it was honed yesterday!
Proof that the edge doesn't 'fall-off' If properly stored! :y
